Abstract

This article defines some aspects of the "dominant logic" of higher education, particularly as applied to the field of child and youth work. It offers concepts to reframe the traditional components of college and university education in order to reduce the limiting effects of the "dominant logic," thus contributing to the development of a viable and coherent higher education system, specifically for child and youth work.
