Abstract

The following article outlines an approach to developing "value-based programming" by articulating program values and incorpo­rating those values into a mission statement. The next step includes devel­oping operational definitions of those values and integrating the values into the daily activities of the program. Examples are presented as well as are suggestions for further study

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  7. The Author represents and warrants that:
    1. the Work is the Author’s original work;
